Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery
- Items claimed for exchange after 3 days will not be accepted
- BAGGAZE is only liable to exchange items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival
Exchange Shipping If your product is approved for exchange, please note:
- The replacement order will incur standard delivery charges of Rs. 200
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
Refund Adjustments
- All adjustments shall be made via bank transfers
- Adjustments will only cover the product value, not any shipping charges incurred
